Mindy is an accomplished senior executive recognized across industries for consistent delivery of top line revenue growth and profitability. She is known for her strategic business leadership with significant expertise in sales, product development, marketing and business operations.
Her career includes 20 years as a business builder and leader with Mercer, a leading global human resources and benefits consulting firm. As President for Mercer US, she managed a P&L of $2.5 billion, leading and delivering Mercer’s best financial results in over 10 years. At Mercer, Mindy designed a new business operating model, aligning buyer segments, solutions and sales distribution channels for clients ranging from small to global.
Mindy recently led Employer Sales and Consultant/Broker Relations at Optum, a leading health services and innovation company that serves over 127 million consumers in the US. She was responsible for the large and middle market growth strategy for the employer market, which included developing a product portfolio for each target market representing over $1 billion.
Mindy’s expertise in business services and client-focused sales strategies are grounded in her earlier career experience as a Partner with the global accounting and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously she worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Paul is an accomplished global human resources leader who has developed and executed benefit strategies that were innovative and transformative in their focus on DE&I, wellbeing, employee engagement, data analytics and ROI. Paul has a deep understanding of how employers think and buy services, and who the key stakeholders are that influence purchasing decisions. He is a strategic thinker who is skilled at understanding how to effectively deliver human resource programs that address the business priorities of the organization. Paul also has extensive global experience having worked outside the US and led teams in multiple countries.
Paul spent 17 years leading the global benefits and reward/recognition corporate functions at Citigroup and, more recently, at TD Bank. He managed a $1 billion+ annual operating budget, 100+ programs and 50+ vendors and partners for Citigroup. At TD Bank, he worked with the executive leadership team and the board of directors to develop and execute their first multi-year global strategy. Paul was also responsible for the selection, evaluation and ongoing management of all payers, vendors and partners.
More recently, Paul worked with a global healthcare company to develop a go-to-market strategy for the financial services vertical and a US benefits administration company to identify and evaluate the total addressable market size and opportunities.
